The stickers that were made for the magazine of the Fox and Dog. One of each went with the magazine. The purpose was for their never-ending chase to keep going in new places.

Progress: The origin of this project was going to be a movie poster, but it was later changed to a magazine. I remembered I made a magazine for a fake business, the Frosty Fox, and thought to revamp it. One of the biggest changes was for the magazine to be on one myth rather than multiple. The main topic is a mythical fox for the brand (The myth: Teumessian Fox).
Then I started to make the images for the characters. I wanted them to have one pack of them be the color of the other. To have this feeling that they belong together but are separate from one another. More design choices went into this. Like with the neck fluff, closed eyes. Then the spirit design was the amount of fluff, ears to be pointed or rounded, and their color schemes. Their plate was made to complement the other while also being the opposite.
Then the speeds were set for the images to be on. The first shows how the constellations looked with their names. It was a little difficult to find the names for a few. The next one was the one with the Earth in it. with was maybe in four parts to show when the constellations are in the night sky. The last spread was the story or the myth of it all. It started out very rough with just the Fox and Dog. As it went with the project, that page just became better and better.
Last but not least is the cover and back cover was fun to make, and I was very happy to paint for the magazine. Along with applying what I learned in other classes to make this work. The painting was made from the farthest point in the back to the front.
